Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process to become a Direct Primary Care or HRT patient? There is no charge for your first 2 appointments. Your 1st visit will last about an hour & will include sitting down with our Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie, as she goes over your medical history & gets to know you. She will then draw your blood & get you scheduled to return in about 6-7 days for your 2nd appointment. This 2nd appointment will be a very informative 1.5 – 2 hours, where NP Stephanie will explain each lab test result in detail. She loves to educate her patients in an effort to help them understand how to age as healthily as possible.

Do you accept insurance? Insurance companies consider us an “out-of-network” provider, therefore we do not file medical claims for patients. We will, however, gladly provide our patients with detailed documentation to submit to their insurance companies on their own, for possible reimbursement. By bypassing insurance company mandates that typically do not benefit patients, we are able to offer more well rounded & holistic care than providers who do accept insurance.

Do you accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA & FSA)? Yes. Many of our patients enjoy this perk of their health insurance benefits.

Do you have in-house lab draws? Yes. There is no need to go to a commercial lab & sit and wait to have your blood drawn. We’ll draw your blood right here in our office at your convenience. Then, along with your specimen, we’ll send your insurance info to Labcorp, as they will bill insurance for their processing fees. For those patients with no insurance or high deductibles, we have contracted with Labcorp a reduced “Private Pay”option, which is much less than what is charged to insurance companies.

Do you offer discounts on your aesthetic services to your Primary Care & HRT Patients? Yes. Our program patients receive 15% off all aesthetic procedures.
